1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us immidietly you receive your order.
  • Unsatisfactory Fit or Style: If the item you ordered doesn’t fit as expected or you’re not satisfied with the style, you can return it within 3 days in nigeria and 30 days outside nigeria, of receiving your order. Note that the item must be in its original condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Information: In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of any defective or damaged items.

  • Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of the return authorization email in the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund where applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Note : not all items will qualify for a refund.
